Youth and Family Minister
Marcus, his wife Allyson, and daughter Kylee have been worshiping with the Lewisville family since 2005 and Marcus took over leadership of the Youth and Ministry on a fulltime basis in March 2018. Over the last 23 years he has held numerous leadership roles with several Fortune 500 Companies including Stryker, DJO Global, and Target. He currently lives in the Lewisville, TX area, but has also lived in: Medan, Indonesia; Gulfport, MS; Montgomery, AL; Huntsville, AL; Oklahoma City, OK; Columbia, SC; Arlington, TX, and Austin, TX.
While he has not led a Ministry fulltime in the past, as the son of a Missionary and Preacher, and son-in-law of an Elder and Preacher, he has been around and active in ministry in one form or another his entire life. Marcus’ love for speaking and preaching grew out of his experiences as a young “Lad” with Lads to Leaders. He still absolutely loves teaching and speaking to all ages and groups but especially young people! His earnest desire for each member of the Youth and Family Ministry at Lewisville is for each person to: grow spiritually; improve their relationships with God and others; put Matthew 28:19-20 and James 1:27 into practice; and develop life skills.
