Preaching Minister

Jeff A. Jenkins

minister-jenkinsJeff & Laura have been blessed to work with the Lewisville church since 2004. Jeff has been preaching for more than thirty-five years.  He is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees.  He also serves on the Lads-to-Leaders Board of Directors. Jeff is blessed to be involved in many gospel meetings and lectureships. He is co-founder and co-director of The Jenkins Institute, which is committed to helping preachers.  He is the author of Thoughts From the Mound, a book of weekly devotions. Jeff and Laura have two children, Amanda Jenkins Scott and Jeremy Jenkins. They are greatly enjoying their grandchildren, Evie & Ever Scott.

Education and Worship Minister

Kevin Langford

minister-langfordKevin has served as a minister of the gospel since 1998. He is currently serving as our Education and Worship Minister. He has preached and led singing at many youth rallies, camps, retreats, summer speaker series, workshops, and lectureships. Kevin possesses a passion for family ministry, evangelism, preaching, teaching, involvement, and singing. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian with a B.S. degree in Organizational Management and a degree in Vocational Ministry. Kevin has been married to Susan Langford (who is an instructional coach for Timberview Middle School in Keller ISD) since 2003. Kevin and Susan have two children, Connor and Kenzie.  Kevin enjoys fishing, hunting, gardening, and football.

Youth and Family Minister

Jake Hudson

Jake & Ashley began working with the Lewisville church in April of 2016. Jake currently serves as our Youth & Family Minister. He is a graduate of Amridge University, and holds a B.S. in Bible/Ministry as well as a M.S. in Ministry. Jake is currently pursuing a MDiv. in Marriage & Family Therapy as well. He has served in various roles in the church from preaching to campus ministry since 2003. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair for Pettijohn Springs Christian Camp in Madill, OK. Jake and Ashley were married in 2002, and they have three children, Rylee, Kadence, and Ezekiel (Zeek). Ashley has authored, and published children’s curriculum for the Church which is available through Start2Finish publishing. She also is a regular blog contributor for Start2Finish. Jake is an avid lover of all things outdoors, technology, football, and history.
