Bible Class Overview

If we intend to have a healthy relationship with our God, then we need to know who He is, what He’s like and what He wants for us and from us. Our prayer is that God will bless us all as we study His Word together and continue to be more Christ like.

“Walk as children of light…finding out what is acceptable to the Lord”
Ephesians 5:8-10.

Our Youth Bible classes are designed to increase the Bible knowledge of each individual soul, promote individual spiritual growth, and teach the plan of salvation. Our teachers are enabled by teaching from sound age-appropriate Biblical curriculum.

Our youth program begins at a young age, teaching about God. As our youth mature, so does the level of learning about God and His plan of salvation. Further in the teen years, our goal is to equip our youth with tools to become a Christian and the strongest they can be. Through the study of the Old and New Testament, they can develop and grow in God.

Above all else, we want to help parents and grandparents teach their youth lessons from the Bible that will help them know and love God. Parents are commanded by God through scripture, to be the main source of spiritual nourishment to their children. Spiritual foundations need to begin in the home. We do hope to reinforce the things you teach, and we encourage your input and questions regarding your youth’s classes.

We encourage each youth to take the opportunity to join our youth & teen Bible classes to study and be challenged to grow in knowing God, love Him through Christ and have faith. Whether one is not a Christian, a new Christian, or a maturing Christian, we prayerfully encourage parents and grandparents to encourage your youth to participate in our Bible classes!

“We continually proclaim Christ, admonishing everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone mature in Christ” Colossians 1:28.

Every adult is encouraged to think and pray about which class might be most helpful for them. Some classes are limited to certain people based on age or gender while others are foundational or for mature Christians. This is to accommodate the requests of groups within our congregation who have more specialized needs and goals than our typical intergenerational classes.

Our adult Bible classes are designed to help us meet the challenge of teaching everyone we can about the Lord and His expectations for us. We offer a variety of classes with the intention of addressing a variety of needs.

We have classes for young adults in their 20s, young married couples planning or with families in their 20s & 30s, adults in their 30s & 40s building a legacy, empty nesters in their 50s & 60s, prime timers in their golden ages, ladies, men’s and other intergenerational classes. We offer classes from the Old & New Testaments, Biblical subjects & topics and special series that all look to the Scripture for help with life’s challenges.

Our classes are designed to be supplements to our personal Bible study. Each quarter we try to offer a variety of classes to increase Bible knowledge, to promote individual spiritual growth, and to equip and enable you to be evangelistic and mission minded.

We want you to have the opportunity to join a study that will challenge you to grow in your faith whether you are not a Christian, a new Christian, or a maturing Christian! So, as you make your choice what to study, please do so prayerfully.
